Mt. Sterling / Morehead Pediatric’s Financial Policy
We currently accept most insurance plan. At this time, our Medicaid panel is full but parents may complete paperwork to be on a wait list in the event that openings become available.
HUMANA patients – most in-house labs are not covered and must instead be “send out” labs. Unfortunately this may mean longer waits to have physical forms completed. Also, certain Humana plans require that the labs be performed in a Quest lab instead of our associated lab. Patients can express dissatisfaction with this policy by calling the customer service number on the back of their insurance card. We apologize for the inconvenience that this company is placing on patients.
Co-pays and Co-insurances are due at the time of service.
